Which wines can I personalize?
Wines marked Personalize your label on the product page can carry your own label. Choose the wine and bottle first; the label designs offered fit that bottle.
Can I see the bottle before I order?
Yes. While you edit, the 3D preview shows your label on the bottle you selected. It is an illustration; the print proof is the exact artwork we print.
What is the print proof?
When your label is ready we render a print proof at full resolution. Check names, dates and photos carefully; we print exactly what you approve.
Can I change a label after approving it?
You can edit your design and approve a new proof at any time before you place the order. The order keeps the proof you approved.
Where are my saved designs?
Open My Designs from the menu. Designs you started as a guest are kept in this browser and move to your account when you sign in.
Do I need to be 21?
Yes. You must be of legal drinking age (21 or older) to enter this site and to order wine.
